geese in a circle

For The Pillow Talk Swap I decided on the geese in a circle; a great tutorial found here. It was my second time paper piecing, and by the end of the block I really was getting it down, and not having to think through each step. I really am beginning to LOVE paper piecing. Now I just need to add a border and then decide how I want to quilt it. I sure hope my partner likes it!!

Wishing you a fantastic Friday!!

  1. Can't wait to see how you quilt it! I have this as a center to a small kid lap quilt and I'm not sure how I'm going to quilt it either, but my top stitching skills are slim.

  11. I love to sew my own cushions, too but unfortunately I still consider myself as a beginner when it comes to sewing.

  16. What fabrics are those?! I've been looking for the blue and orange (with little white leaves) and I don't even know what line they're from.
