i started working on some wonky star blocks for the bushfire quilt project and now LOVE these star blocks. i decided to keep making them since i enjoyed the process so much. this will be the perfect quilt for my other daughter- to go at the end of her bed. i have 18 to make. 16 for my daughter, and then 2 to go for the bushfire quilt project.

I agree with Des! I absolutely love your color choices! And where did you ever find all that cute cute fabric? The pink van. The girls swinging on bars -- SO SO cute!!!
ReplyDeleteI agree, great color choices for the star quilts :-). And I also really love your original blocks - I think you'll have a really great quilt if you keep moving forward with them! But of course I have a new special fondness for doll quilts, so if that's what they become then I think that's brilliant as well ;-). And the girls swinging on bars absolutely makes my heart leap.
