...on the
pillow talk swap, is what i've been up to this week! i pulled out my beloved flea market fancy as my partner loves cheery fabrics and fmf sure makes me happy and cheery. :) i picked the double wedding ring and have been working on the english paper piecing here and there when i get a moment. though, i'm thinking of trying the traditional paper piecing, wondering if that might be a bit faster?? any thoughts?
what do you think partner, do you like the direction i'm going?? it's not to late to change. :)
hope you are having a terrific thursday!!
I am doing a pickle-dish quilt (which is very much like the double wedding ring) and I am using paper foundation piecing. I think foundation piecing would make this easier than English paper piecing??? maybe??? Were you going to applique the ring to the pillow background fabric? Your sample looks fantastic! Love, love the bright colors!
ReplyDeleteKerri, you have a very lucky partner! Keep going!
