the scrumptious cottage pillow

I am so excited I finished my scrumptious cottage pillow before Christmas so I could enjoy it this year!  I absolutely love how it turned out!!


I did a few different quilting techniques on the pillow and love how it adds to the character of the pillow.  For the house I machine quilted bricks, and for the path I did pebble quilting.   To finish it off I stippled the rest. 


I used a couple vintage sheets for the back and a red and white stripe for the binding.


The cottage pattern is by Marhiam of Three Owls.  She now has the pattern available on Craftsy if you'd like to make one too.  :)
